About Phaedra’s Food Phaedra is a sole trader making (mainly) fresh, home-made fudge which she has been producing since September 2017 in Hampstead Norreys, West Berkshire. Her signature fudge is much lower in sugar than a standard so is best eaten soon after purchase or kept refrigerated for up to three weeks. Phaedra also makes traditional fudge with a much longer shelf-life which needn’t be chilled. The flavours available vary according to the season and the inspiration of the moment. Best sellers are featured on the products page. Phaedra holds stalls at various markets where this distinctly delicious confectionery can be snapped up for around £3 for a minimum of 120g. When not making fudge Phaedra enjoys spending time with family and friends, and long distance walking.
